The 4 Learning collection contains C4 Education commission educational and life skills programming that is shown during the day on Channel 4.  C4 Education’s programming from 1997 - 2003 was aimed at ages 4 – 19, but the focus from 2003 to the current day is for the ages of 14 - 19.
