Using ClipBins and Projects
The Projects and ClipBins index section displays all of your ClipBins and Projects in one place and enables you to administer them as a group.
To add clips to a ClipBin, first create a ClipBin in "My ClipBins and Projects" or select your existing ClipBin from the active ClipBin drop down menu at the top of the page. ClipBin titles are limited to 50 characters. To add a clip, carry out your search and click "Add to ClipBin".
You can move clips from one ClipBin to another ClipBin. This removes them entirely from one ClipBin and places them in a separate ClipBin. Clips can be re-ordered by dragging and dropping in the ClipBin page and you can also add notes for your clips in the ClipBin. Clips can be deleted from the ClipBin by checking the tick box and clicking delete clip. All these actions are noted in the ClipBin history page, accessible from the left hand navigation bar.
You can re-order entire ClipBins by dragging and dropping them on the ClipBin index page and multiple ClipBins can be administered at once. Projects cannot be re-ordered.
Individual clips or whole ClipBins can be placed in the shopping basket.
You can share your ClipBins with other users which enables them to add, delete and buy clips as well as view notes. You can also email a read only version of the ClipBin.
